Ed is the President and CEO of the Weber Agency. Following his service in the Navy from 1960 to 1964, Ed spent nine years working in the insurance industry as a claims adjustor. In 1973, he purchased the Baugher Agency which he then merged with the Weber Agency upon his purchase of this company in 1999. From a beginning with just one employee, Ed now currently oversees more than 80 employees. Ed is very active with numerous community organizations including the Visiting Nurse Association, the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, Professional Insurance Agents, and the National Federation of Independent Business of Downtown Hanover, Inc. He and Joyce, his wife of 44 years, enjoy spending time with their daughter, son, and four grandchildren.
