Steve is the Vice President of the Weber Agency. He has been in the insurance business since 1989. He is continually seeking new ways to serve his clients, and he prides himself on always putting his customers' needs first. In addition, Steve serves as a highly visible representative of the Weber Agency in the community. In his spare time, he enjoys weight lifting competitively and currently holds 8 world records with the International Power Lifting Association.

Scott started working for the Baugher Agency in October 1981 following graduation from Salisbury University. He received his license in 1981 and furthered his formal insurance education when he became a Certified Insurance Counselor in June of 1991. Scott's goal is to provide the best possible service to customers with financially stable carriers at affordable premiums. He is also very active in the community having served as a volunteer with the Hanover Area Family YMCA and having been a member of the Hanover Area Jaycees. Previously Scott has been a member of the boards of the United Cerebral Palsy of South Central PA, which is the local chapter of this national organization, and the United Cerebral Palsy of PA, which is the board representing state issues to the national board of directors.

Ron has been associated with the Weber Agency for the past 29 years, working with the personal and commercial lines. He takes great pride in making sure that his customers are covered properly for their insurance needs. Ron is a graduate of The Aetna School of Insurance, Hartford, Ct; and The Dickinson College School of Life Insurance, Carlisle, Pa. Ron is a Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Hanover and currently serves on their Board of Directors. He is also active in other local civic and fraternal organizations. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and collecting antiques.

Shane grew up in Hanover and is a graduate of Delone Catholic High School. Following high school, he continued his education at Lafayette College and at Dickinson College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After college he worked for a short period of time for local banks until joining the Weber Insurance Agency in March 2010.

Jackie brings many years experience to the agency. She came to work for the Weber Agency in 1970 as the bookkeeper. She then moved into the personal lines department and finally into the commercial lines department. She is currently the Manager of the Commercial Lines Department and handles large accounts and bonding. In May 2003 she received her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Jackie lives with her husband in the Littlestown area, and they have a daugher, a son and a granddaughter. In her spare time,Jackie enjoys walking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Kelly has worked in the insurance industry since 1989, and she has been with Weber for the past 8 years. She earned her CISR designation, and currently works in the commercial lines department. Kelly has a set of accounts she services in addition to handling all of the commercial lines new business in the office. In her spare time, Kelly coaches 7th and 8th grade girls basketball in the Hanover School District.

Jennifer started working with Baugher/Weber Agency in 1994 while attending Millersville University. She received her BA in Psychology in 1995. In 1997 she received her insurance license and in 2003 her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Jennifer is a member of the Lyric Band of Hanover and the Hanover Symphony Orchestra. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Lyric Band in the position of Secretary. She is also very involved in her church as a choir member, Sunday School teacher, youth group leader and council member.

Connie has been in insurance since 1985. Prior to joining the C.A. Weber commercial lines team in 1995 and handling accounts over $25,000, she spent ten years working with personal lines for State Farm Insurance. Connie has been the church treasurer at Bethel UCC for over 15 years and is very active in the American Cancer Society's "Relay For Life", raising money as a team captain for "Esther's Angels". Connie lives in the Hanover area with her husband, daughter and son. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, swimming, traveling, and watching her children play sports.

Diana is a Commercial Account Manager who started in 1984. She attended York College of PA., and has earned her CISR designation. Diana has been a member of Staff NCO Wives Club; USMC Key Wives Club; Hanover Area Jaycees; Hanover VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She lives in Hanover with her husband and daughter enjoying family, friends, camping, gardening and the outdoors.

Christina started with the Weber Agency as the receptionist before becoming a commercial lines account manager in the Select Business Unit. She received her insurance license in 2004, and handles book accounts under $25,000. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, their families and her cat. She enjoys going to the movies, spending time outdoors, traveling and getting involved with the community. Her hobbies include taking pictures and collecting baskets and bears. Christina is also an active member of the Spring Grove VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
