Commercial Lines Producer
Scott started working for the Baugher Agency in October 1981 following graduation from Salisbury University. He received his license in 1981 and became a Certified Insurance Counselor in June of 1991. Scott’s goal is to provide the best possible service to customers with financially stable carriers at affordable premiums. He is also very active in the community having served as a volunteer with the Hanover Area Family YMCA and having been a member of the Hanover Area Jaycees. Previously Scott has been a member of the boards of the United Cerebral Palsy of South Central PA, which is the local chapter of this national organization, and the United Cerebral Palsy of PA, which is the board representing state issues to the national board of directors.
Commercial Lines Producer
Shane grew up in Hanover and is a graduate of Delone Catholic High School. Following high school, he continued his education at Lafayette College and at Dickinson College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After college he worked for a short period of time for local banks until joining the Weber Insurance Agency in March 2010.

New Business Manager
Kelly has been with Weber for the past 20 years. She has earned her CISR designation, and is currently our Sales Manager. Kelly has a set of accounts she services in addition to handling the commercial lines new business in the office. She has sat on the Agents Advisory Council Board for three of the many insurance companies we represent. Since recently retired from coaching 7th & 8th grade girls basketball for the Hanover Public School District after 9 years, she enjoys spending time with her family & 3 dogs: Lucky, Lucy, & Lailey.
Connie has been in insurance since 1985. Prior to joining the C A Weber commercial lines team in 1995, she spent ten years working with personal lines. Connie has been the church treasurer at Bethel UCC for over 15 years and is very active in the American Cancer Society’s “Relay For Life”, raising money as a team captain for “Esther’s Angels”. Connie lives in the Hanover area with her husband, daughter and son. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, swimming, traveling, and watching her children play sports.
Account Manager / Claims Manager
Jody joined the C A Weber Agency in June 2015 as a commercial account manager, and she also handles commercial claims. Her career in insurance began in 1984 and she has since been involved in many aspects of the business on both the agency and company side. She participates annually in the local American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Jody resides in Hanover and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Carol started with the Weber Agency in 1979 as a bookkeeper and held that position for 10 years. She took some time off for family and resumed working at the Weber Agency in 2003 as a support technician for commercial lines. Her current responsibilities include Commercial Lines Account Manager and handling of the bonds. She resides in Hanover with her husband four children & grandchildren. She enjoys camping, gardening & sewing.
Marina began working for the C A Weber Agency in 2014 after years of experience in various aspects of the insurance industry. She lives in Hanover with her husband and three children. Marina enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play sports.
Christina is a licensed Commercial Account Manager who started with the agency in 2004. She lives in the Spring Grove Area with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and getting involved with her church and community. She is an AWANA leader at Christ’s American Baptist Church in Spring Grove. She is also a member of the Spring Grove VFW Ladies Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach with her family.
Angie joined the C A Weber Agency in 2017 with over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She is an avid sprint car fan and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Angie is an active member of a local American Cancer Society Relay for Life team.
|Bobbie Jo Ruppert
Bobbie Jo joined the agency in 2007 as the receptionist. She returned to insurance after working in banking for several years. Bobbie Jo is a member of St. John’s United Church in New Oxford and enjoys time with her husband, son and family as well as collecting Longaberger baskets.
Michelle joined CA Weber Agency in August 2015 as a temporary employee. In October, she became a permanent employee and in December 2015, she passed the insurance license exam. Michelle is the mother of three daughters and a grandmother to six girls. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and in Human Resources. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys long drives, scenic routes, photography, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Having recently moved back to Hanover, she looks forward to becoming involved in community service projects in and among the Hanover communities.
Commercial Lines Support Tech
Penny joined Weber Insurance in April of 2016. She began her insurance career in 1983 in the aviation industry and was involved on both the company and agency side. She took a 4-year hiatus from insurance and became licensed again in 2016. She and her husband reside in Gettysburg, PA and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Administrative Support Assistant
Kyra began working with the C A Weber Agency in the summer of 2017 as a recent graduate of Bloomsburg University. She joins the team using her bachelor’s degree in business management as the agency’s administrative support assistant. She works from our satellite office in North Carolina. Learning and growing in insurance is something that she enjoys. Kyra also enjoys attending and watching sporting events when outside the office.
